Final Order / Judgement

01.07.16          Case record put up today along with petition No.285/16 filed by the complainant with prayer to allow him to withdraw                               the case. Complainant is personally present.Seen the above petition. The complainant stated that the case has been                                       amicably settled between both the parties and OP has paid Rs.5,00,000/- vide Cheque No.561456  dated 28.04.16 which is                         duly acknowledged by the complainant. As such, the complainant has prayed to pass an order allowing him to withdraw                             the case. The OP on the other hand, filed petition No.286/16 stating that  the OP has no objection if the case is withdrawn                           since the matter has been amicably settled.

Considering the above the petition fort withdrawal if the case is allowed.

The case is disposed off on withdrawal.
