Final Order / Judgement

Both the parties are present today . The parties have filed a joint  petition  vide no-188/19 today on amicable settlement of the dispute . The opp. party side handed over an account payee cheque -25/01/2019 bearing no-623657 of ICICI Bank for an amount  of Rs.3,50,000/-  to the  complainant . The joint petition is accepted and the case is dispose of accordingly .
