Complainant is absent without any step and on repeated calls. It is now 11-30 am. Op is present. Today is fixed for filing show cause by complainant. From the record it appears that complainant remained absent on 22.9.11, 25.10.11 as well as 29.11.11. So, it reasonably appears that complainant is not at all interested to proceed with the case. Hence, the instant case is dismissed for default.
