Complainant No.1 in person alongwith Sh.Satinder Pal, Counsel for Complainants.

Sh.Sandeep Suri, Counsel for OPs.

ORDER

            Counsel for OPs made statement that the OPs are ready to handover the DD of Rs.25,000/- bearing No.182715, dated 9.1.2012 favouring complainant No.1 drawn on ICICI Bank, to the complainants as full and final settlement of the claim. He further stated that NOC already issued may be considered as final NOC. The complainant No.1 alongwith Sh.Satinder Pal, Counsel for Complainants, admitted statement of counsel for OPs to be correct and further stated that the complaint may be disposed of accordingly. Such statement has been recorded separately. The draft of Rs.25,000/- has been handed over to counsel for complainants. Photocopy of draft in question in token of receipt retained on record.

            In view of such statement, the complaint stands disposed of accordingly. However, it is made clear that the NOC already issued will be considered as final NOC.

            Copies of this order be sent to the parties free of charge. The file be consigned.
