Advocate Mr.Motwani has appeared for appellant. Learned advocate for appellant has requested for taking the matter on board in view of amicable settlement arrived at with the respondent. Accordingly the matter is taken on board as per the request of advocate of appellant. Appellant has also filed pursis duly signed by appellant Nos.1 and 2 stating that they do not wish to purse the present appeal. Appellant Nos.1 and 2 both are present in person. In view of the request made and the pursis filed on record, appellant Nos.1 and 2 are permitted to withdraw the appeal and so appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution and is hereby disposed of.
