     None is present for both the parties. Perusal of the record and proceeding of the appeal shows that this Commission issued notice to both the parties on 17/01/2015 on their correct address given in the appeal memo. Therefore, we presume that notice is duly served to both the parties. Moreover the appellant has not furnished additional set of appeal compilation for furnishing to the respondent. The appellants also failed to appear on last two dates and today also. Therefore the appeal dismissed in default.
