Order No.14, dated 21/01/2013

The Complainant, Sibani Modak appears herself and files hazira.

The Ld. Counsel of the O.P. No.2 is present.

Sri Monajit Pal Chowdhury appears on behalf of the O.P. No.1, ICICI Bank, Dinhata Branch, as stated, as per the advice of the Manager of the said bank and files a demand draft being no.201163 of 10,000/- dated 26/12/2012 existing in the name of Sibani Modak, the Complainant herein as to payment of the total claim of Rs.10,000/-.

The Complainant at this stage receives the said demand draft by putting her signature on the letter by which the draft has been filed and on the relevant part of the order.

Since the entire claim has been satisfied, we are of the view that the present complaint is deserved to be deposed of with final order.

Thus, the instant complaint is disposed of with final order on full satisfaction.

Note it in the Registrar. Xerox copy of the demand draft be kept with the record.
