ORDER

On the last date of hearing, i.e. on 13.5.2014, Mr. K. S. Rama Rao, Advocate for petitioner appeared and he stated that as per instructions, petitioner has expired and he wanted to file an application for bringing LRs of the petitioner on record. Accordingly, it was ordered that application for bringing LRs on record be filed within four weeks, subject to just exception.

          Since petitioner has died and no application for substitution of LRs has been filed within the period of limitation,  therefore the present revision petition stand abated.

          File be consigned to record room.
