By way of above noted application filed on behalf of petitioner, it is seeking review of order dated 7.5.2014 passed by this Commission                                                        in the above noted petition.

          Alongwith review application, an application under Section 24(2) of Consumer Protection Act  seeking condonation of delay of 78 days has also been filed.

          The order of which review is being sought was passed on 7.5.2014, whereas  the present review application has been filed only on 22.8.2014. There is delay of 78 days in filing of the review application. After perusing the application for condonation of delay, we do not find any sufficient ground to condone the delay of 78 days.

           On merits,  circumstances, we do not find any error apparent on the face of record which calls for review of order dated 7.5.2014.  Consequently, above application for review is hereby dismissed being barred by limitation as well as on merits.
