Complainant represented by authorised representative. Learned counsel present and submitted that this Forum has no jurisdiction to entertain with this case as the total mounts including the compensation sought for has exceeded Rs 20 lakhs. In this face of the record, this argument appears to be correct.

Case is hereby closed due to lack of jurisdiction to proceed with the case.
