                Shri Gaurav Gupta, counsel for the OPs-2 & 3.

                 

                Today the case was fixed for notice to the OPs-1 & 4. Notice could not be issued for want of copy of the complaint.

Learned counsel for the OPs-2 & 3 has stated at bar that claim amount has already been paid to the complainant and nothing remains due against OPs.

These facts have been confirmed telephonically from the complainant by the Clerk of this Commission, and complainant requests for dismissal of the complaint.       

In view the above discussion, the present complaint is hereby dismissed being compromised. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
