            The complainant in this case was  lastrepresented through proxy counsel  on 05.11.2018.  Thereafter he did not appear on 12.03.2019, 01.5.2019, 25.10.2019, 12.3.2020, 08.02.2021, 10.08.2021, 07.1.2022.  Today also same situation is there.  It appears that the complainant is not interested in pursuing the matter.  Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed for non-prosecution.  File be consigned to record room.
