            The complainant in this case had appeared on 22.1.2020 and sought time to issue in the first instance notice to the OP for the alleged deficiency  and to file reply if any received from the OP.  He did not appear on 24.2.2020. Thereafter the corona pandemic struck. He again did not appear on 26.11.2020, 28.1.2021 and 14.2.2022. Same is the position today.  The case is still at the admission stage. It appears that the complainant is not interested in pursuing the  matter.  Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed for non-prosecution.  File be consigned to record room.
