Complaint under Section 35 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019

                   Today, complainant has made a statement which is recorded separately, to the effect that matter has been compromised between the parties, now nothing remains due against the OP.  Therefore, he does not want to pursue the present complaint and withdraws the same.  

                   In view of the above-said statement of the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Certified copy of this order passed in pre Lok Adalat be supplied to the parties concerned, free of costs, as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room, after due compliance.
