     Daljeet Singh aged about 25 years son of Shri Balvinder Singh, resident of Village         Muzafra, Tehsil and District Ambala.

          Complaint under Section 35 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019

                   Today, Shri Angrej Kumar, Deputy Branch Manager ICICI Bank Limited, Ambala City, has suffered a statement, which is recorded separately, to the effect that he will provide CCTV footage in shape of Pen drive of dated 21.10.2022 from 10AM to 12 PM of cash counter of the OP No.1 alongwith 65-B Evidence Act certificate within 7 days. Said statement has duly been identified by the learned counsel for the OPs. Learned counsel for the complainant has also suffered a statement that he has heard the abovesaid statement given by the Shri Angrej Kumar, for the OPs and agrees with the same, therefore, he withdraws the present complaint on behalf of the complainant.

                   In view of the statement suffered by the Shri Angrej Kumar, Deputy Branch Manager, ICICI Bank, for the OPs and the learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. It is made clear that OPs shall remain bound by statement given by the Shri Angrej Kumar, Deputy Branch Manager, ICICI Bank, Ambalal City. Certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties concerned, free of costs, as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room, after due compliance.
