     Case taken up today before the National Lok Adalat. Counsel for complainant wants to make statement. Recorded on the first page of the complaint itself, in view of which the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and the OPs have paid an amount of Rs.41,219/- towards full and final settlement of the claim of the complainant. In view of the statement, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.
