                                                            ORDER

1.                       Sh.Manmohan, Advocate for OPs has brought the payment of Rs.1000/- in cash, which Sh.Tarsem Lal Gupta, Complainant has received and made statement, which is reproduced as under:-

“Statement of Sh.Tarsem Lal Gupta s/o Late Dr.Jayoti Parshad Gupta, Complainant No.1 in person alongwith counsel Sh.Kumar Nikshep, Advocate for Sh.Chaman Lal, Advocate for Complainants.

 

I have received cheque of Rs.25,000/- bearing No.293468, dated 22.7.2010, drawn on SBI, Sector 7, M.Marg, Chandigarh, in my favour issued by Secretary, State Commission, UT Chandigarh. Further, I have also received Rs.1000/- in cash from Sh.Manmohan, Adv. for OPs. The payment of Rs.42,000/- has already been made by the OPs. Since the order dated 7.8.2008 passed by this Forum has been complied with by the OPs, hence I withdraw the present execution application as satisfied.”

 

2.                     In view of the statement made by the complainant, the execution application is dismissed as withdrawn.

3.                     Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
