                In terms of order dated 26.8.2022 payment of Rs.20000/- made to the complainant. Statement of the complainant recorded. In view of the statement of the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn against the opponent No.3.  However, after removal of legal defect, the complainant shall be at liberty to file a fresh complaint against the aggrieved party, except opponent No.3 and in the fresh complaint, the complainant shall disclose the particulars of the present complaint and its fate.  File be consigned to the records.
