1. ICICI Bank Ltd., branch Office, Shop no.293-294, ward no.4 GT road Gharaunda, District Karnal, through its Branch Manager.
2. SBI General Insurance Company Limited, having is branch office at SCO no.388-389, near guru harkirshan school, mugal canal, Karnal, through its branch manager.
3. Deputy Director of Agriculture Department, Karnal having its office at opposite old court, near mahatma Gandhi chowk, Karnal.

                                 Today the case is fixed for evidence of the complainant, subject to the second last opportunity. No evidence is present. Request for adjournment. On perusal of the file, it reveals that complainant has already availed several effected opportunities including two last opportunity to conclude his evidence but he failed to do so. It appears that complainant is no more interested to pursue his case. Present complaint pertains to the year 2020. Further adjournment for the same purpose would not be justified at it would amount to wastage of precious time of this Commission.

                Hence, in view the above facts, the present complaint is hereby dismissed. However, complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action in the court of competent jurisdiction, if so desired. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
