                    Learned counsel for JD appeared before the Commission and  suffered a statement that ‘he  tender detailed compliance report and demand draft No.553691 dated 12.07.2023 amountin g to Rs. 57,144/- (Fifty seven Thousand one hudred forty four only) drawn on   ICICI Bank, Sector-16, Faridabad, in favour of  Sanju Devi, as full and final amount,  in compliance of order dated 19.05.2022, passed by this Hon’ble Commission. Learned counsel for DH has also suffered a statement that ‘she received detailed compliance report and demand draft No.553691 dated 12.07.2023 amounting to Rs. 57,144/- (Fifty seven Thousand one hudred forty four only) drawn on   ICICI Bank, Sector-16, Faridabad, in favour of  Sanju Devi, as full and final amount,  in compliance of order dated 19.05.2022, passed by this Hon’ble Commission and  withdraw the present execution petition being fully satisfied on behalf of DH’. Statement recorded separately. In view of the statements made by parties, the present execution petition is dismissed as withdrawn, being fully satisfied. File be consigned to record-room.
