Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Present:   Sh. Amish Goel, counsel for the OP-2.

 

                Today the case is fixed for compromise in Lok Adalat. Learned counsel for the OP has suffered a separate statement that the matter has been compromised, he also stated that an amount of Rs.44,249.16/- was deducted instead of Rs.22,124.58/- from the account of complainant on 26.07.2021, said excess amount has been refunded to the complainant on 06.08.2021 in his account. This fact has not been denied by the complainant and now complainant is not interested to pursue his complaint.

  The matter has been confirmed from the complainant on telephonically and complainant informed the reader of this Commission that the matter has been compromised and he is out of station. The complaint may kindly be dispose off.

              In view of above statement, the present complaint dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
