       Advocate Ms.Aishwarya Karnik is present for complainant as instructed by advocate on record for complainant alongwith power of attorney holder of complainant Mr.Dhanraj Gehan. Advocate Mr.P.G.Mewar is present for O.Ps. alongwith Mrs.Sanyogita Pachade, Assistant Manager who is authorized representative of O.Ps. i.e.ICICI Bank. This matter is not on today’s board. On request and application filed by the complainant it is taken on today’s board. Complainant through power of attorney holder has filed application for withdrawal of the Consumer Complaint No.CC/47/2019. This application is signed by the power of attorney holder Mr.Dhanraj Gehan whose signature is identified by advocate of complainant Mr.Bhushan Mohata. The application has also been signed by the authorized representative of ICICI Bank, that there is no objection for withdrawal of this Consumer Complaint. The signature by the authorized representative of the O.Ps. is duly identified by the advocate of the O.Ps. As per the submissions of the learned advocate for complainant since there is settlement and the ICICI Bank that O.Ps. have given no dues certificate/letter to the complainant with respect of home loan that was the matter of dispute, the complainant wants to withdraw this complaint in view of the receipt of this letter. The authorized representative of the ICICI Bank and the learned advocate representing the O.Ps. have no objection in withdrawing this complaint. With this application copy of power of attorney of ICICI Bank is attached alongwith the letter given by ICICI Bank to the complainant dated 06/04/2022. In view of the submissions and the documents received, this complaint is allowed to be withdrawn with respect of the settlement and that application alongwith the letter received from the ICICI Bank is marked as ‘X’.
