ORDER

Case posted to-day for Order on petition of Opposite Parties Dt.26/03/2009 and the Complainant's objection Dt. 21/04/09. The same are taken up for consideration. The Complainant has already complied with the Order of the Hon'ble State Commission, orissa in Revision case No. 37/2008 by depositing the sum of Rs. 9,320/-(Rupees nine thousand three hundred twenty)only through cheque since Dt. 10/02/2009. Hence the Opposite Party No.1(one) is directed to release and handover the motor cycle bearing Regd. No. OR-17-D-7660 along with the corrected chassis number, engine number as well as insurance paper and no objection certificate as directed by the Hon'ble State Commission in Revision case No. 37/2008 to the Complainant through its Branch Office at Bargarh within one month from the date of the Order. The Complainant shall take delivery of the motor cycle along with the corrected documents from the said Branch. Case disposed of accordingly.
