Ms. Chandrika Sachdev, learned Counsel holding brief of the learned Counsel for the Appellants submits that they have received instructions from their client that the dispute has been settled between the Parties and consequently the Appellant does not propose to pursue this Appeal any further.

In view of the aforesaid statement having been made the Appeal stands consigned as withdrawn. All Applications shall also stand discharged.
