1. Mukesh Kumar aged 43 years sonof Shri Ganesh Dass.
2. Rakesh Kumar aged 40 years son of Shri Ganesh Dass, both residents of Village Barsat, Tehsil Gharaunda, District Karnal.

1.     Humara India Credit Cooperative  Society Limited, registered office: Mangal Jyoti, 101, 227/2, AJC Bose Road, Kolkata, West Bengal 700020, through its authorized signatory.

2.     Suresh Kumar son of Shri Bhagwan Dass, resient of village Barsat, Tehsil Gharaunda, District Karnal, office situated at Panipat Road, Near Bus Stand, Village Barsat.

3.     Suresh Kumar son of Shri Kali Ram Kashyap, resident of village Barsat, Tehsil Gharaunda, District Karnal, agent Sahara Credit Cooperative Society Limited.

Present:   Shri Manish Bhasin, counsel for the complainant.

                           

       Complaint presented today. It be checked and registered.

        Learned counsel for the complainant has suffered his separate statement to effect that due to technical reason, he does not want to pursue with the present complaint and withdraws the same with permission to file the fresh complaint on the same cause of action before the competent Court of law.

      In view of the above statement, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action before the competent Court of law, if so desired. The original documents annexed with the complaint, if any, be returned to the complainant by placing on record photocopies of the same. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
