The complaint was filed under section 35 of the Consumer Protection Act,2019. The complainant is present in person and the opposite parties are absent and have no representation from their side. The complainant filed a ‘withdrawal memo’ before the Commission on 12.04.2023, stating that the subject matter of the above case has been settled amicably between the parties.         

    In view of the above, the complaint is closed as 'withdrawn”.
