                   File taken up today on the Miscellaneous Application bearing No.291 of 2023 filed by Mr. Sanjay Gupta, applicant-complainant seeking permission to withdraw the present complaint.

2.                Heard on the above-mentioned application Miscellaneous Application bearing No.291 of 2023. Keeping in view the contents of the application as well as the contentions raised by the applicant-complainant the same stands allowed. Miscellaneous Application bearing No.291 of 2023 is hereby disposed off accordingly.

 

 

3.                Mr. Sanjay Gupta, complainant who has appeared in person also suffered a statement that he does not wants to pursue further with the present complaint. Hence, he may be permitted to withdraw the present complaint. His statement in this regard recorded separately.

4.                In pursuance of the statement suffered by Mr. Sanjay Gupta, complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn.

5.                A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. This order be also uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties.

6.                Application(s), pending, if any, stand disposed off accordingly in terms of this order.
