     Sh.Lalit Kumar has appeared as Senior Engineer on behalf of OPs and has filed copy of his identity card and letter regarding settlement. Statement of Sh.Lalit Kumar, Senior Engineer on behalf of OPs has been recorded. Statement of Sh.Devinder Kumar, Complainant in person, has also been recorded, in view of which the execution application is dismissed as withdrawn being satisfied. The parties shall be bound by the statements made before this Forum and the same shall be deemed to be a part of this order.
