The complainant alongwith his counsel has made statement that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and therefore, the complainant may be allowed to withdraw the complaint. In view of such statement, the complainant is allowed to withdraw the complaint. As such, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. The learned counsel for OP No.3 stated at the bar that OP No.3 will not raise any demand in future qua the dispute in question. Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties.
