           On 20.12.2019, Sh.Abhishek Arora, Adv.counsel for the complainant got recorded his statement withdrawing the present complaint due to certain technical defects with permission to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action before the appropriate court/Forum having jurisdiction after removing technical defects. Consequently, in view of the above statement, present complaint is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn. However, complainant is permitted to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action after removing the technical defects. File be consigned to the record room.
