Complainant present and opposite party represented. Opposite party raised issue regarding maintainability of the complaint on the basis of territorial jurisdiction. According to opposite party, the alleged cause of action took place at Thrissur. Complainant has produced the related documents. On perusal of the document, we find that the cause of action took place in Thrissur. In view of the above, we find the complaint is not maintainable before this Forum for want of territorial jurisdiction. Hence complaint is dismissed as not maintainable before this Forum. Complainant is at liberty to approach appropriate Consumer Forum for redressal of grievances if any.Â
