ORDER

                    Ms. Priya Singhi, counsel for the complainant has appended a note on the first page of the complaint that she withdraws this complaint with liberty to file a fresh one.

                   In view of the aforesaid statement made by counsel for complainant, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant would be at liberty to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action after removal of the technical defect before the appropriate Authority/Court/Forum/Commission, as per law.

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the complainant free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
