                    Sh. Dilraj Singh Bhinder, counsel for the complainant has made the following statement, recorded separately: -

                   “The OPs have redressed the grievance of the complainant. I do not wish to press this complaint further. This complaint be dismissed as withdrawn”. 

                   In view of the aforesaid statement, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
