            Learned counsel for the parties present. 

          From the record, it appears that the case is within time as it was filed on 15.3.2000.  Its copy be supplied to learned counsel for the opposite party by the Registry.   

The application for review has been filed. 

The matter has been referred to the Larger Bench of Hon’ble Supreme Court.  The decision be awaited. 

 

Learned counsel for the complainant has filed affidavit by way of evidence.  The same be taken on record.  Copy be furnished to the other counsel.

The case is now fixed for 8.12.2014 for further proceedings.
