ORDER

     Heard. The complainant and OP No.2 have settled the matter. Statement of Sh.Puneet Tuli, Counsel for OP No.2 and that of Sh.Brijesh Khosla, Counsel for Complainant have been recorded separately, in view of which the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Statement of counsels for the parties recorded today shall form a part of this order and shall be binding on both the parties. It is made clear that in case the amount settled is not paid to the complainant by OP No.2 as agreed upon, this order shall be treated as executable decree and the complainant shall be at liberty to get the same executed by filing an execution.   

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
