2.       Sahil Lakhanpal aged 33 years S/o Shri Kamal Kishore Sharma, R/o House No. 161, N-Block, Shivalik Vihar, Nayagaon, Mohali (Punjab).

                     Today the case is fixed for amicable settlement between the parties. At this stage, both the Complainants by making a joint statement stated that they withdraw the present complaint being fully satisfied as the matter in question has been settled between the parties.

                     Heard. In view of the statement, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

                     A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
