This appeal is put up today. No one appeared on behalf of the appellant. The impugned order dated 10-01-2008 has been challenged by way of this appeal on 12-09-2013. The appeal is time barred as well as defective and the defects have not been removed by the appellant despite several opportunities have been given to the appellant.
Hence this appeal is hereby dismissed in default of the appellant as well as being it time barred
