Dated the 22nd day of May, 2013 ORDER This order will dispose of the application filed by OP No.3 – Tata AIG General Insurance Company Limited praying therein that it be permitted to deposit a sum of Rs.1,21,091/- in compliance of the order dated 29.04.2013 passed by the Hon’ble State Commission, U.T. Chandigarh. Vide order dated 29.04.2013 passed in FA/114/2013, the Hon’ble State Commission, U.T. Chandigarh, was pleased to stay the operation of the impugned order subject to deposit of half of the amount awarded in this case, with the concerned District Forum, within 20 days, from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order, in addition to the amount already deposited, at the time of filing the appeal. The certified copy was prepared on 30.04.2013. Proxy counsel for applicant/OP No.3 stated at bar that certified copy was received on 02.05.2013. The present application was moved on 21.05.2013. So, the application is within time. In these circumstances, pay order/draft No.037701, dated 06.05.2013 amounting to Rs.1,21,091/- drawn on IDBI Ltd., be deposited in the account of District Forum, in the form of F.D.R in a Nationalised Bank, having maximum interest, for a period of one year, to be renewed from time to time, if needed. The application stands disposed of accordingly. Copy of this order be placed on record of the Execution Petition file, if any.
