Present: Smt. Rose Jose, Hon’ble President:

            After filing petition the complainant has not appeared, no representation also. Toady opposite party filed a satisfaction note and withdrawal of complaint signed by Smt. Mushina N.P., the registered owner of disputed vehicle and the wife of the complainant, stating that she is satisfied with the service provided by opposite party and so no complaint is existing against them. Hence the opposite party prays to dismiss the petition considering this document. Considering the document and the continuous absence of the petitioner after filing petition, the petition is dismissed.
