ORDER

23.2.18.                      None for appellant.

                                    This appeal is pending since 14.12.2016.  This appeal has been filed by the complainant against the order dated 29.11.2016 passed by the District Forum, Khandwa in CC No.59/2016.  The defaults as pointed out by the office were not removed.  Since the appeal was received by post, on 20.1.2017 a SPC was issued to appellant informing the date of hearing.  Despite that none appeared on 12.7.2017, 30.8.2017 and 10.1.2018.  On all the aforesaid dates service post cards were issued to appellant informing the date of hearing and the default.  Since none is present today and no default has been removed, it appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing this appeal.  The appeal is therefore dismissed for want of prosecution.
