Appellant and respondent No.1 have arrived at amicable settlement and filed compromise petition on record.  Learned advocate for the appellant and respondent No. 1 are also present.  Compromise petition is duly signed by the appellant and respondent No. 1. Appellant  has also given   a  pursis in writing  that  he does not  pursue  his claim against the respondent Nos. 2&3 in view of the compromise  settlement and pursis on record.  Appeal is hereby disposed of in terms of compromise petition and pursis on record.
