After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as petitioner state that petitioner does not want to pursue the present petition and wants to withdraw the same. It is also prayed that the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) as awarded by the State Commission to the petitioner, be released in favour of the petitioner. In view of the statement given by learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the petitioner, present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to execute order dated 24.1.2008 passed by the State Commission in accordance with provisions of law. Dasti in addition.
