The matter was passed over once. Even on the second call also none appears on behalf of the petitioner. As per the office report, notices have been sent to the petitioner on 22.07.2013 by speed post. Vide order dated 27.08.2009 this Commission has directed the petitioner to file copy of the complaint, written version, evidence by way of affidavit as also other relevant connected documents which were filed before the District Forum within 12 weeks, failing which the revision would stand dismissed without reference to this Commission. In spite of the specific directions dated 27.08.2009, petitioner has not complied with the order. Since more than four years have elapsed, the petitioner has not complied with the order hence, we dismiss the present revision petition in default and for non-compliance of the order dated 27.08.2009.
