The Ld. Adv. for Complainant is not ready to argue the complaint.  He has not paid cost of Rs.500/- imposed on last date i.e. 26/09/2019.  Today also he remained Absent.  The complaint is pending since long for final Hearing, even warning was also given to dismiss the complaint on order dated 13/12/2018.  Thus it seems the complainant is not interested to proceed with the complaint.  Hence “Dismissed in default” u/s 13(2)(c) of C. P. A. 1986.
