ORDER

           This is indeed a case of a pure mistake apparent on the face of record.  This is so because the Order dated 17.10.2024 was passed in respect of IA No. 8684 of 2023, although the said IA had already been disallowed by another (Division) Bench on 3.8.2023 as having been incorrectly filed.

2.      Inspite of having thus being already disallowed, it was wrongly  shown as pending in the Cause-list of 17.10.2024, although the Applicant had subsequently filed another application (IA No. 10239 of 2023) in which the identical relief as claimed in the IA No. 8684 of 2023 for impleadment, had been sought for.

3.      Consequently, the Review Application is allowed and the Order dismissing IA No. 8484 of 2023 passed on 17.10.2024 is recalled. 

4.      Registry is also directed henceforth to ensure that only the pending, and not any already disposed off Applications are included in the Cause-lists for any day.

5.      Let IA No. 10239 of 2023 accordingly come up for consideration on the date already fixed in the main case i.e. 7.4.2025.

6.      Review Application stands disposed off.
