          Today is fixed for filing show cause by complainant.

          Ld. advocate for the complainant files his hazira.

          It is now 12.35 p.m.

          On repeated calls neither the complainant nor his advocate is found present either to file show cause or to take any step.

          In view of the above facts and circumstances we find that there is sufficient reason to believe that the complainant has lost his interest to proceed with this case.

          Accordingly this complaint is liable to be dismissed. 

          Hence,

          That the complaint case be and the same is hereby dismissed for default but without cost.
