Present:       Sh. Amit Kaushik, Advocate for applicant/OP No. 2.

                   Sh. Kirpal Singh, Advocate for complainant.

                                               

                   The complainant has furnished the indemnity bond and surety bond in the amount of Rs.1,00,000/- and also attached a attested copy of agricultural land (Fard) in the name of Kamaljeet Sandhu son of Sh. Ram Chander resident of Village Kutabpur  Tehsil and District Kaithal along with copy of Aadhar Cards of Kamaljeet Sandu son of Sh. Ram Chander and Sh. Ram Chander son of Sh. Shadi Ram. The indemnity bond surety bond are attested and accepted. So, the Accountant of this Commission is hereby directed to release the amount of Rs. 62702/- in the favour of complainant Sh. Ram Chander son of Sh. Shadi Ram by way of cheque after proper receipt and identification. In such like circumstances, the present application is hereby disposed off.  File be consigned to record after due compliance.  However, either of the party can move application for restoration of the same after the decision of appellate authority. Copy of order be given to both the parties free of cost.
