            Sh.Harsh Manocha-counsel for complainant has made the following statement, recorded separately:-

“Due to technical defect, the complainant does not want to press this complaint. At the instructions of complainant, I do not press this complaint. It be dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant reserves his right to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action before the appropriate authority after removal of the technical defect”

 

            Sh.Prem Chand-Complainant is also present and signed the said statement. In view of this, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action before the appropriate authority after removal of the technical defect, as per law.

            Certified copies of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
