Final Order / Judgement

On 30.08.2022, complainant has made a following statement before this Commission:-

“Stated that due to some technical defect I withdraw the present complaint. However, the complainant may be given liberty to file it afresh on the same cause of action.”

In view of the statement made by complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is at liberty to file afresh complaint on the same cause of action in accordance with law, if she so desires. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to record room after compliance.
