Both the parties are present  today. The opp. party  side vide  petition   no-  373/21  submitted  that   an amount  of Rs.1,51,802/-(Rupees one lakh fifty  one  thousand   eight   hundred   and two  ) has  been  paid   to the   complainant   though  the   matter was  settled  for Rs. 1,48,031/-. The   complainant  has  also  acknowledged receipt of Rs. 1,51,802/-/-(Rupees one lakh fifty  one  thousand   eight   hundred   and two  ) against   his  actual  claim  of Rs.1,55,573/- and  settled  the matter  vide   his petition no-  375/21.

Hence , the case  is disposed  off on amicable settlement  by the  parties.
